I partner with individuals to transform their challenges into growth and success through thought-provoking and honest conversation, hands-on tools and strategies that maximize results and reduce resistance. I coach in the areas of strengths and leadership development, as well as career transitions and choices, across a broad range of industries. I coach the whole person through a high impact process, improving results that are sustainable over time.

Typical client engagements are around leadership, executive presence, communications, influence and empowerment, culture change, leading teams, coaching skills, decision making, emotional self-awareness, empathy, and self-confidence.
I partner with leaders to transform their mindsets and behaviors so that they lead and live wholeheartedly and powerfully.
My strengths also include my international experience and as such multicultural knowledge and sensitivity. I also coach expatriate executives, and deliver Intercultural Training Workshops. I have lived in several countries including the United States and Canada, the United Kingdom and Qatar.
My background is in organizational and social psychology. I have over 12 years’ corporate experience in the field of learning and knowledge management, having worked for Shell, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, British Telecom.
I am an ICF (International Coach Federation) credentialed coach. I have an MSc in Organizational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics, an MBA in International Business from the American University.
I am currently serving on the Board of Directors of the ICF Houston chapter as Director of Community Outreach.
I am fluent in French and English, and have a basic knowledge of Spanish.
