What is Coaching?
Coaching is defined by the International Coaching Federation as a partnership between the coach and the client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize their personal and professional potential.
My Approach
I coach the whole person, looking for congruence between your personal/home self and your professional/work self. In so doing, I ensure that your true, authentic self is discovered, defined and visible. I will ask tough questions, challenge you to dig deeper, in a safe and supportive space. I am results oriented, and can bridge between some theories we may discuss and the pragmatic aspects of behavioral change and growth. I ensure that your learnings are turned into actions, that you are in charge of your mindset, and finally that these insights are generating lasting habit changes.
I have the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation.
I bring forward a combination of techniques including the GROW model, Positive Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence, Somatic Coaching, and other methods grounded in neuroscience.
Coaching for me is a way of being.
My Methodology
In addition to the below process, I use all of the International Coaching Federation competences in my coaching approach, including powerful questioning and active listening.
Each session follows the following format:
1.Check in, challenges and new insights
2.Topic of session, exploration of goal using the GROW model
3.Take-aways and learnings
4.Actions and field work
